Housing market has leveled out a bit in November as declining home prices and increase in inventory has made it more appealing for home buyers. This kind of "buyer markets" gives them the upper hand in negotiation and selection. Definitely an opportune time if you’re looking into adding to your real estate portfolio by owning revenue property. December is generally a slower time of year for sellers which gives buyers a little more advantage.
